Refunds & Returns Policy 

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you receive the goods or when a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will process your refund no later than 5-7 days after receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase, and no additional fees will be incurred.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
✔ The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
✔ The goods are in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., perishable items or products with an expired shelf life).
  • Items unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning your goods. Please return items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds will not be processed without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
